Open same positions after layoffs

Don’t seem to understand why layoff experienced employees and than look for new people.

@k1+1jhxraa33 It's funny that you took his comment out of context. Not sure it's reading comprehension deficiency or you missed /s.

@nk+1jhxraa33 It wouldn't even matter if people were being terminated or not at this point. Fiserv is a shithole company. It eventually gets felt in the product and services. The customers have been feeling it years now.

I think the last batch of knowledgeable employees will be exiting soon. Up sh*ts creak without a paddle especially with all the termination notices. Sell the stock soon friends.

@ea+1jhxraa33 Fiserv is going down hard because there are mo--ns who think sapience is more important than learning to be exceptional.

@ea+1jhxraa33 Spelling correctly is important for technology and communication, but more importantly if you can't spell after a decade of working, there are likely other things you can't do well either.

What new position is possibly created, another Executive position to monitor this board?

These are new positions not the same, layoffs were based on positions being eliminated.

I thought layoffs or RIFs were due to the position being eliminated otherwise it was being fired, or is it all the same.

For ph-q's sake (now tell me the spelling is wrong too, snowflake), no wonder fiserv is going down hard.

@b1+1jhxraa33 Look at your first comment. You should leave by your own logic.

The word is out. You put Fiserv on your resume it’s equated to McDonald’s. Half of New Jersey has Fiserv resumes on their desk.

Capital Y, genius. You should leave if you think you are good. Complaining much make you weak.

@av+1jhxraa33 you can't even communicate in English. You are expendable.

The last cut was all about discipline. Get rid of those who won't follow rules and show you have everyone is expandable.
