Just letting everyone know my increase was 2% and I was a meets 4 for this year. The one time payment was only $450.

@dj There is no second anything. That’s it, that’s all. Please read the email again and look at the video at the bottom that says “one time”
@OP I also received a 2% increase and a $400 bonus. This increase was bigger than the one I got in March.🤷♀️
2% & $375 whoopie!! The only positive I can say is 2% is more than the last few raises/reviews were. 😑
@e9 I’m still waiting on the email. Our manager told us about the change this past week. So I guess it takes a few days to get notification.

i got the email it doesnt tell you in the email your "raise" you have to go to the link. its in MYHR and then something that says documents on the left i forget the exact name

Did everyone get this email? I’m still waiting on this email about these raises or one time sum. These emails still coming out?
Just a theory but we are getting a small increase in pay and very small one time bonus to keep us around temporarily until the second one time payment in November 2025. I think OGA staff will replace the USA staff by the end of the year. Currently in the Philippines there are 555 jobs posted. They make 4-7 an hour compared to USA mid teens to low 30s.
Mine was only $250, along with the 2% 🫠
Again for the person stating a 4 is “exceeds” — it’s not. Go in and look for yourself. 3 and 3 are meets. Only a 5 is exceeds. I used to think that too. A 4 is still a meets but shows more competency for going “above” but it’s still technically a “meets” level.
$350 raise 2% increase. 😞
Disappointing. The company did this to benefit themselves somehow. They don’t care about us.

I am new to the company (about 6 months) I have to say I am surprised I am eligible at all but still received the 2% and a $625 bonus.
I'm so damn stupid. I thought the company was going to do us right and give us a sizeable bonus/one time payment so I went out and bought an expensive gift to treat myself. I just checked under MyHR and turns out it was only $600. I had a 4 as well.
4 is something like exceeds 3 is meets
Look closer. A 3 and a 4 is meets. Check for yourself.
a meets is a 3 no?
