talk about outdated contacts, up until this year, Tom Moran was still listed as a contact at the BBB of NY. He had passed away many years ago. It was embarassing his name was not updated. In fact, there are still deceased people's names listed as plan sponsor contacts in the company's data base and in some instances correspondence continued to be sent to them for a few yrs. All of this is cringeworthy but par for the mutual of america that has fallen off the rails.

@OP sounds like this company isn't great at PR, marketing, or basic organization with outdated contacts. Pretty embarassing.
