Glassdoor’s a wasteland of one-star reviews, the turnover rate could power a wind turbine, and yet somehow we're still hiring like crazy. Do new hires think they’ll be the exception? Bless their hearts.

@OP "It's the economy, stup-d"
It is was good Nobody worth hiring would be here. There are few enough already.
@r0 So you say I should look for a new job immediately or else all of the outsourcing and lazy people left will leave a bad smell.
@e7 Where do you go once you become useless from Fiserv mouth breathers culture.
Do you really expect to be thriving in your next corporate gig with Fiserv and no talents to show for wasting time seat warming.
Since when did Fiserv look good on a resume to think it will carry anyone into a better job?
@bg Fiserv is sc--wed right now and just doesn't realize it.
Use the place like a meme crypto. Pump and dump. Add to the resume then leave for a place that isn’t toxic with the job title you need to meet the experience requirements elsewhere.
Recruiters sweet talk a snow job
Job market is bad everywhere. Some people are just looking for any job.
Fiserv is sc--wed when the job market turns around.
I have noticed an influx of new hires at my location for months now. Many appear energetic and enthused with questionable work attire at the start. Within a few weeks they look worse and the shiny smiling face is long gone. Many are gone already, then a new batch starts. Same pattern. We are going nowhere. Can’t wait to get out myself.
It pays the bills.
For the locker room chats.
Are we? We can't get anyone hired due to the 5 day nonsense. Are they just pumping up the Analyst program again? Those poor kids really get sold a pipe dream.
