@a5 after 5-6 years of just this, anyone surprised that India gets more comp is beyond help. They want to lure in India's best talent as a "premier company" versus in the USA this company is hated by everyone from Trump to AOC and is considered a joke. They aren't getting top talent in the USA so they are paying clown wages.
Optum India is a way to funnel money out of USa. It is not a optum company, just another consultancy that misuses name. Optum has no product used in India or revenue beside money laundering done by SD from united health group and Optum USA to India. The consultancy has its own p&L that funds things that we know and we will never know. Not sure why things like this is not getting national attention. I have heard kickbacks to these leaders in round about way that is hard to track
BTW India teams got 10% or more & Bonus for rating 3. And few folks with 4's got 20% + Bonus + approx $20K stocks.
