Nothing about how EJ is run makes sense anymore. It's all reactive panic moves and politics. If you're not buddies with someone in charge, good luck getting anywhere. Meanwhile the actual work gets ignored and benefits keep shrinking. It's exhausting.

@ax I love this and have been saying it for months!!! You are spot on and we need to be clear: location on laptop, time tracker in office, number of days in office…. More security than before Covid and than my spouse has on me!
@wk “humble brag”. Except nothing to really brag about.
@s0 They want to be like the wall street bros they see on linkedin. Insecure d bags who constantly need attention and praise. Gross
@e4 a bunch of overpaid and underperforming GPs drinking overpriced smoothie after morning workout seems to be what Jones is all about.
Mr. Jones & Ted are ROLLING right now.
@qt well a caste system aligns perfectly with our 2030 vision to offshore everyone at home office to india lol
It’s always been about who you know, more so than at other firms where I’ve worked. The partnership model has some great strengths but breeds greater conflicts too. GPs have to guard their turf, control information, back people who don’t threaten personal interests. It’s always felt like a caste system to me.
@qc Don't give Suzan any ideas. She's already doing whatever she can to assert control and make everyone miserable.
I'm wondering how bad this march 4th townhall is going to be with regards to our new RTO guidelines and behavior models? Will we all be getting a tracking chip injected into us? (Kidding, sort of)
The Horizon LinkedIn posts are so cringy. Clueless leaders posting about how great they are doing with innovation and leadership. Meanwhile home office is in shambles. Congrats on your giant paychecks while they last. This ship is sinking.
@ax as in they know what they are doing. They need to find cheaper labor. They need to have more attrition. It’s strategic.
@am strategic as in: "This is how we wreck the company as fast as possible. We know what we are doing." Or strategic as in: "These moves historically fail 99% of the time they are tried and are no good for anything long term, but we feel they will work this time when we try it! We know what we are doing"
It’s strategic. They know what they are doing.
