It s-cks. If you are at Milford, I think the management used to be better. Last 5 years has highlighted how bad the management hires have been or how often managers are getting moved to hide their flaws. This seemed pretty common in the machine shop. Assembly seemed to be pretty stable until recently.
What is unfortunate for us is that everytime they move managers, we get sc--wed on merit. We have to start over, meet their expectations and get held back on merit because we might not fit their mold.

Oohdit mints new cronies monthly through his CEO office/etc. The cronies, typically useless consultants, are given 10, 20-, 50+ ppl teams as a reward.
