On the old portal, I really appreciated all the info that was posted on the discussion board but with 'The Exchange' now that seems to be gone.
Has anyone found a discussion board? The whole Teams or Viva thing is yuck.

Be careful in Viva and Teams. AI is used to generate reports to management about any “problem”employees. It even picks up passive aggressive behaviors and will report you.
@e3 I would assume so. I'm on the Ops side of things and literally no one has used the Teams Ops/Fulfillment/Omni page since 2024
@ds So, is the content from the old discussion board gone now?
After noodling around on the site, go to VIVA. It's a chat type page. On the left you'll see 'Engage'. Click there and in the search bar you can put in whatever you're looking for. I searched for 'signing' and someone created a group. It contains me and another employee LOL. That seems to be the only way to connect with others of the same mind
