Will Fiserv be the next company to dissolve DEI? Target just announced it and other firms are beginning to do it based on the administrations directive to halt it at the Federal level.

DEI is a good foundation unless you are a scared white person.
Maybe this is good for some like white males that have no ERGs, no chance of advancement anymore. But then again, only Indians get hired these days or get promoted

If you want to believe the Glassdoor ratings, Fiserv as a company holds a 3.3 (their highest score in any category) for Diversity and Inclusion.
