DEI Next to Be Axed?

Will Fiserv be the next company to dissolve DEI? Target just announced it and other firms are beginning to do it based on the administrations directive to halt it at the Federal level.

Is this going to be used as another method to layoff? Asking in all seriousness because it's unfair to hard working associates.

The leadership team is all white and most male. So help us to understand how DEI ruined the company where white males are the leaders?

You people and your small brains never cease to amaze me. Just say you are stupid and d-mb and don’t want to compete for roles in the company. Just say you are a MAGA and want to retain your privilege. I’m a 29 year old white male and proud to know I have coworkers from different ages, races and locations that help me be better. DEI is a good foundation unless you are a scared white person.

If you want to believe the Glassdoor ratings, Fiserv as a company holds a 3.3 (their highest score in any category) for Diversity and Inclusion.

Agree that this can be upended because he has a new boss. I think he learned that Diversity and Inclusion was good from the ratings on Glass Door about JD. Good luck to the folks who are still there!
