Layoffs anticipated in Tech ? Tim Ryan sent a memo on leadership changes.
AML Testing
@e3+1jhyqccmn, how do you know? All I see here mostly D’s and SVP’s they don’t do any software development
At least 30k people in software development. That's crazy.
Is there any leadership changes at CTI in Texas?
10000 staff layoff for 2025 ?
Contractors are next in small batches.
Looks like you don’t know how tech works. Tech want always to invest. This is the business that always holds the upgrades, holds investment, hold legacy infrastructure because they need to follow the law and retention regulations. Looks like you have no clue how it all works and how it is connected. This is not just your laptop or monitor. This is much more complex environment.
Tech at Citi is a joke, everything on legacy env. including people with average 15 years experience doing same stuff like factory workers.
Wealth has any chance to grow ?
Tech at Citi is a joke - accept it. Su-king money like a black hole with no results to show.
CTI? But who? They already fired so many good people throughout the last few years. CTI is at 75% outsourced. Maybe more. There is no more to fire.
