Age?

This comment from a Fidelity spokesperson gives me pause and makes me wonder what the median age of those impact by the RIF is.

@e2 They do tend to be older, senior management, non-technical, and expensive.

They fired White employees.

@dh, your lack of common sense and ability to deep dive is appauling. Look for the information in your own severance package PDFs and realize that the data provided to you is only a fraction of the whole.

@b6 Is there an internal list of all those impacted obviously not names, but title, level and age that you are referring to? I'd love to see it! if you have link, please share it. i was also one of those with a 15 minute meeting last thursday :(

If you were laid off and you’ve read through your severance package, you don’t need to ask people their ages… all those impacted (title, level and age) are listed in the last section.
