LBT did bring President TACO some Taco Bell, so that seems to have calmed him down somewhat.

"The point about progress is to have the ability to have a vision and a belief and some faith in what can be unburdened by what has been unburdened by what has been."

Maybe your girl can fix Intel. She knows that AI is two letters.

Well, it was Taco Tuesday at the White House, so there is that to consider.

Just read Art of The Taco, and now it all makes sense.

@f7

Folks like you, who think are so smart, so "lucid" and go on and on and on about TACOs, believe the lies... from the other side.

You see? It works both ways, dear...

Staying cool, and independent is the way to go. Not watching mainstream media helps a lot.

@bc only people being manipulated are people like you. He’s not playing 3d chess. There is no strategy. He just wants to appear to have done something. So later he can claim he was involved in whatever narrative he needs at the time. And folks like you believe him. America is the most propagandized country in history. You’re completely blinded.

@e2 Intel needs to mobilize, like it's a war effort, with Carhartt and soldering irons being standard issue

@dy

Indeed!

I was just thinking, Intel would have been kaput soon, as I don't believe the new CEO would have done the job the way he was going. This could be like a chess game. Meaning, you know when someone accidentally hits the board and the pieces are knocked over and you have no choice, but to start a new game (all by accident)?

All this drama may give it a chance, not to survive as Intel per se, but some sort of spinoff.

Some said Foundry, I'm not too sure, Foundry efforts fail miserably, like AT&T, Verizon and os many other examples. Same approach. They all end up going nowhere. Too long, nothing burger or very late to market. Foundry mindsets are not entrepreneurial mindset, which is what's needed now.

Perhaps taken over under an aggressive entrepreneurial sort of pro? We can't have someone that has any corporate baggage or head, those never work. Look at IBM...

But I'm only hoping. Only hoping... I'm happy to be wrong, just thinking out loud, that's all.

@dv for ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_derangement_syndrome

I also agree. Let’s fix intels problems. The TACO refs are funny since it’s basically cry wolf syndrome

Wasn't Jensen@NVDA also with Mr. Trump today?
Or maybe I missed something.. NVDA can easily dump $50B into Intel right?

Trump should enjoy the ring kissing as much as he can the next 4 years, because after that, it's going to lawsuit after lawsuit.

This doesn’t end the ties to China investigation against LBT. Trump has been known to vouch for many “great” people…..until they go to prison.

Step one find weak company - identify Asian American - call him names - get him to meet - make back room deal - look everyone I’m a hero. Easy playbook.

A “deal” was made. It’s not going to be pretty. The end of Intel.

You have to wonder what the "deal" might be.. or what was demanded.

Oh it was easy. LBT showed Trump a TinkerToy model of an ASML High-NA EUV machine and had it sp-t dollar bills out of it. Us tax payers are now on the hook for another 10 billion.
