P&T reorg

Does dismantling P&T will be the start of another reorg? Or just means more cut for P&T

Was Zoe any good? We definitely need to boost upstream assets to make the real bucks

Agreed. Meaningless travels by senior leaders. Countless personal assistants to manage their calendars (WTF?) Every lead needs to travel to different places and some on constant international travels. They are all overheads!

I think it has to do with Shell being publicly traded and the threat of activist investors intervening if they don't continuously make it seem like they are trying to get to where Exxon is (125% share price gain vs 58% for Shell). I wouldn't be surprised if Wael first wants to get to 60k head count similar to Exxon.

It’s frustrating to watch a company repeatedly cut teams/departments, eliminate roles, and push more work onto fewer people—all in the name of “cost savings.” Meanwhile, leadership continues to travel, spend, and operate as if nothing has changed. If we’ve “saved so much,” why isn’t that being reinvested into the workforce that’s actually driving results?
