Erm ... exactly ! :)
Join Shell if tou as a seasoned professional in IT want to report to a 3 to 5 years in Shell JG2 or JG1 IT (cheap labour, just in it for the bucks) Indian manager.
So... no stretch marks around your mouth?
You probably didn’t display enough arrogance, narcissism, or psychopathy. Condolences to you.
@d2+1jhkm2txt Erm … you are on this board
why? they don’t hire people with autism?
If you scored low on the Shell behavior assessment you will be successful.
You are on this board so behavioral part is accurate ....
Blessing in disguise, you will realize it later
unless your plan was to learn the ropes for a year and run to a better company, bullet dodged
the behavior the leaders want here is being d-mb enough to train an Indian to replace your job. you probably failed for behaving intelligently
Made redundant in July. Don't miss the net zero bs one bit.
Having worked for 10 years at Shell after my PhD, I’d say it’s a blessing in disguise you didn’t get through the interview. With uninspiring leadership at the top in Shell, don’t waste your time and career with an indecisive company such as Shell - they are past their years of glory, technical people no longer have a voice and the place is run by bean counters and their sychophants
Dodged a bullet friend.
