Just what do they do, vast teams and very basic outputs and KPIs. No one knows or loves the Cargill brand outside the industry and everyone inside is playing politics to avoid being laid off.

The senior leaders and the thick as thieves cliques will be the death of Global Comms. Very basic stuff happening everywhere but they talk it up. When you consider the humongous spend, it makes for a very ugly situation that’s a total cover up. Amazing how they get away with such big salaries and bonuses, when McKinsey and contractors do their actual work.
Don’t get me started. Have you seen the Communication leader in Ag +Trading. She is full of hot air. Keeps spewing the same nonsense and spin when asked direct questions on deforestation. It’s pathetic
@e0 they are spending millions on consultant and Deloitte, McK, Accenture, AG Solution etc. are making very good money. In EMEA the smart Manufacturing leads are giving all work to AG Solution because they have privat benefits from the deal. This is how business works ! Tolerated by the VP, nothing will change as long as the hungry Cargill family gets his money.
BS no one buys it but how many millions do they spend in consultants. They got an advertising agency to do all the Cargill2030 announcements. Can’t they do it themselves
