What position are you in to get a bonus??? I’m salaried, don’t receive a bonus, but constantly being told we need to work harder to meet goals with fewer people. What incentive do I have to help meet goals? Curious, what is the average dollar amounts of the bonuses?

Worked 21 years at FD and it was standard practice to have layoffs before bonus time. Also before Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Most likely there will be by end of March. History has proven that it's another stock bump hat trick Fu(k Boy plays every year at that time. Why would they (C suite) try to improve their image at this point?! Futile...
