@x2 agreed we're told to submit into compplanner same day, assuming those numbers will be locked after this wave hits

@x2 inconvenient truth?

Any idea why this comment keeps getting deleted ?

What's sad is dollars will get committed in comp planner to people who will get laid off. People managers will try to retain their teams with a decent raise and bonus payout... and then they find out later those people are cut.

No bonus for the person RIF'd and on top of that their former peers that were kept are upset with minimal raises and tiny bonuses. Interesting way to save.

@s9
Unfortunately, I think that is a possibility.

@qj Maybe because the RRP is 0% this year?

They must be keeping the merit and RRP funding very secret this year. It usually gets leaked and most years I would have known what it is by now. This year I've heard nothing.

The requirement to be employed is waived but they will just give you $0 most of the time. Why would manager allocate VERY limited dollars to someone they fired instead of the remaining staff they have.

@m2 Oh good you found the RRP plan document finally. How about you read the portion under; 'Payout Exceptions' for me? You'll want to also read the first bullet point if you needed more direction.

@g7
Found the RRP plan document and under "eligibility" it says...

"...must be actively employed on Sept 30 of the plan year AND at the time RRP is paid"

@g7
Pull out your comp statement and let me know what it says in the footnote in the RRP section....and then apologize. :)

@dy you have to be employed by the company to get the RRP. If your not there you will not get.

Comp planner opens 20th, RIF notification date changed to 1/23 (pushed back one day).

@dy you think they care about policies? They can change them on a whim. They still haven’t figured out who’s going to tell the impacted employees they are rifed. This is not a company that is firing on all cylinders

@a5 read the policy. If you're rif'ed after Jan 1st with severance you will get your rrp

The year in review calendar says comp planner opens on the 20th. Not the 19th.

@a2 correct managers will know in 19th. I’m also hearing those that get rifed 3 days later may get a portion of it if they were eligible

This has been asked a lot this month. Consensus is February 1 at the earliest.

Probably not until the 19th when the CompPlanner tool opens. That’s when directors and managers get to see the funds allocated to their team.
