@e2 Most of the Managers to Leadership level are very good at outlook and in TEAMS being always on MUTE, we have a delivey manager in BH, he is going to get triple promotion for his quality commitment, we the MDM team is F**ed off because of him, such a HORRIBLE person, he deserves more and more bonus
Generative AI is a massively hyped bubble that will burst soon. The signs are everywhere. Accenture wasted billions on the GenAI hype. Now ACN's leaders are making the excuse of AI instead of admitting they overhired. Frankly, what is there to learn in generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini...) other than the art of writing prompts? Does ACN want everyone to become generative AI developers? The other types of AI have been in use for many decades and wouldn't have anything to do with the LLMs.
ACN is doing the same as TCS is doing in trimming the fat, especially the MDs—that the employees are not trainable for AI. Hogwash.
Are there any open roles SRT? I can't seem to find them in mysched.

Many of the folks in US ( This is mainly in Digital & SAP) already got this email, but they have given 15 days of time and a severence package of 2 weeks pay for each year they have served plus any PTO they have accumulated so for and they can sign for COBRA insurance if they require that, amid choas and poor employees need to face this AI World
Honest question, who told JS that "'exit’ staff that cannot be retrained for age of AI" and that ACN is under a time constrain (because didn't anticipate where and the speed in which the market was going) is good messaging?
This. ACN didn't just layoff the 11,000-12,000 number that is in the media right now. These are in the media because they have to be reported (WARN), there has been, there is and will be a lot more.
