Return to Office

I personally am happy about the return to office mandate.
I think it will be good and healthy to see and smell other colleagues every day of the week.
The washrooms are usually a misma
of P!ss and sh!t
A mist of human excr-ment fills the
air and will soon fill each of your
lungs on a daily basis!
Enjoy the office!

All this cr-p is cyclical. Its like a 15-20 cycle. The farm out all the engineering work, realize its easier and quicker to get it done in house and they have more control, then costs go up, they panic, fire everyone and farm it out again. I've been around long enough to see 2 cycles of this garbage.

Years ago, they forced suppliers to test LCL results. It was abysmal. The hours we reported were hilarious. Us completing the task, 10 hours, Mexico, 300 hours. Us, 40 hours, China, didnt do it and stole a bunch of data in the process.

They have no clue what they are doing.

Are you this bored with life, seriously? If you have time to write this idiocy, go do some charity work.

I'll be eating lots of lasagna and tuna and spending lots of time in the washroom stalls
You will know when I'm in the office...your nose will tell you...it will be unmistakable
I look forward to filling the air with my smell. I will smile knowing their noses are pulling in my fumes

Yep, thats right. People choose careers in an office environment because they don't want to work in a plant environment, and vice versa. I don't feel sorry or have sympathy for Ford UAW factory workers.

If you areň't on the assembly line or moving cars in the parking lot, your position is vulnerable to offshore employees that can complete tasks from a crowded office much cheapeŕ and don't add drama to a 40 hoür work week in officé. Sîmply as thiś. Beening done in every seķtor

Some folks treat work like a part-time job — one hour in the washroom, another for lunch. Back in 2021, the toilet paper shortage probably started because those same people stopped using the corporate-grade sandpaper and panicked they wouldn't have enough to wipe their bigies at home during remote work.

So office workers are offended to work in conditions the plant workers experience every day? Thoughts and prayers!

Exactly! If we want to be more like Amazon, we need to take our Teams calls with the offshored teams and our remote leaders, from an office building. How else are we going to collaborate in 2025?
