$GFS is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and therefore insiders are not required to file form 4 with the SEC. The Globe & Mail uses a provider called Barchart Solutions, and they do not disclose where they source their data from.

We do not care what happens to GF after these biased layoffs. Lost trust. Do not expect loyalty .. it is gone

GF bulk buying occurs in January with the EPP cash. That's the sell date.

Yeah, Stock is slipping but it’s all good because TC sold half his shares and then laid people off. I personally can’t wait for this company to get sold or close up shop.

I didn't even bother. I just checked GF current to see who "liked" the message. Same cast of characters as usual gushing over whatever TC says.

He could post a message saying we're all fired, and the same sycophants would thank him for his leadership.
