Another 2 weeks since my last post and the positions just keep going up. No end in sight. What’s going on here?

Does this mean they are going to be letting go of prod org employees? If yes, any idea when?
I don't think there is anyone left to cut if they want the business to keep running.
My boss's boss announced yesterday that there is basically a hiring freeze (maybe in the entire Product organization?) due to failure to meet "Change Program" goals 🙄
So when is this split expected to be announced? And what products are getting axed?
I know many, many, many customer facing roles are going offshore very soon. We lost several people to transfers and those jobs went to manilla.
How is the company (supposedly) being split up?
I'm not looking for a job to fill some of these positions, but I send out applications to TR peeiodically just so I can ask abour the salary range and tell them it's too low no matter waht it is. Doing my oart to the res of tou paid fairly.
It's well known that when selling products in the near future, companies don't fill positions. The companies acquiring TR businesses (that are currently for sale) don't want to acquire a lot of employees and TR doesn't want the expense of laying them off. It looks like TR is pretending it is business as usual until the company can divest of some product lines. Just a theory.
Please tell me one half of the company will be product management and UX to flap their jaws. The other half can develop, sell, and support software.
The scoop from the in-person leadership conference in Toronto is that the company is essentially going to be split in half. Who would want to join a company that is breaking down into smaller and smaller fractions?
TR doesn't pay enough to attract talent.
