MSD midyear rank always higher 15%-20% in hopes R3 get mad and leave. Big blue leaders take R1s from other groups by end year and give to there big blue buddies.

Any good things with negative consequence. Notice that the you cant max bonus at 150% anymore because they capped it. They increase bonus but you get no raise. Im not sticking around for extra 5% market too good

@dvvb+1fVh0hTx yes a reasonably senior person i spoke to in MSD lamented as to how bad this years ranking exercise has been. 10% being 3's is likely a low ball..

and this is likely step 1, the APB lift is definitely a smoke screen for other negative repercussions...

the expense squeeze is just getting started....

MoldyMan, this is what I'm hearing as well. I was even told by my manager that "reviews are going to be tough this year, they're cracking down on rankings". But that makes no sense, as it is a fixed percentage. Or so they claim. So regardless of the criteria the ratios would not change. So who is to be believed? They claim that 10% get a 3, but there is no way to validate that claim. In reality they could give 50% a 3 and no one but maybe the GM and HR would know.

Notice that they overachieve R3s at mid-year... They will cut R3 to end up with the 10% in Q4.
