Our Execs are complete narcissists, who thrive on power and control, so they often hire and promote people who are easy to control, easy to manipulate and eager to please. They usually lack confidence or highly dependent on validation. Instead of looking for strong independent thinkers, they seek out individuals who will not challenge them. Once hired, these narcissistic leaders uses gaslighting, favoritism and often passive aggressive shaming to keep employee off balance and divided. They pit people against each other, reward loyalty to them over competence, and take credit for imaginary or fabricated results. They create a culture of fear and insecurity, so employee feel undervalued and constantly anxious. Morale drops, turnover increases and the workplace becomes toxic. These narcissistic Execs remain blind to the effects and damage of their actions/decisions and blames others for the failure. Their control , micromanagement and inflated egos become more important than the employees and customers. As you go through your day just think about this and you will see it in every single facet of State Farm. Look at the people that are promoted and continue to run State Farm. This is corporate America, get out of this place as soon as you can. So many people do not think they are the problem but one by one and bit by bit they keep this insane toxic environment and turn their head and pretend to be blind to this just to keep their paycheck coming in a someone else's expense. You are part of this pawn and scam!

Nope, part of their business model. Our tenure was getting a little too high for their liking and they need to weed people out and do not want to pay severance. Easiest way to hide from the lawyers is lateral someone in a job and allows them to also cut expenses.... When people say f-ck it and retire or quit. Basically the same playbook they used back around 13/14 with Future State migration. These people are pure trash and just sc-m. Be sure to put in your true comments on the employee opinion survey that came out this week. They are also trying to send you a message as CEO JF stated either get on board or get out. They are showing you who is the boss! They are tough leaders!!!! F-ckin re-ards!

What id--t runs the fire company? How did they let it get this bad. They are so badly understaffed and behind they are moving employees there against their will. Anyone going to be held accountable for that s--t show.
