Waiting 4 pay periods as of today...
Filled out the paperwork too early so I had an assigned case person and they processed it super fast (rejection) resubmitted to that person and the system the day after was my official end date
Got my last paycheck came on time and then my severance was Direct deposited that following normal bi-weekly check.
I will say I didn't get any confirmation they accepted my application like the 1st time I did it too early. I reached out to the rep from the 1st go round thats the only way I got confirmation it was in progress.
@dt Severance is void if you get an internal offer within 2 weeks after your exit date. They said it on the redeployment call but it is not in the severance paperwork.
@dt it depends on what your severance agreement says. If it’s already been paid and it’s been more than a few weeks since your separation date, you probably won’t need to pay it back
Do you have to pay it back if you get another position in wellmed after you receive it ?
My last day worked was 10/2, emailed my severance agreement on 10/8 and received payment on 11/7. Took about 2 pay periods.
