@dr I think the key is that the Hang In There poster should feature a furry infant.
With the Spider Pig, it is all just kind of hanging out there.
Even using one of those bald cats would be kind of unsettling, and probably NSFW.
Also, no large animals and certainly no large animals that lack much fur.
For example, Hang In There featuring a Bull or a Horse would attract the wrong kind of attention in the cube environment.
That's the thing with babies, kittens or otherwise, they are cute.
With one exception: the infant Spider Pig.
That is the Hang In There poster you really don't want in your cube.

Believe me, I have talked to many recruiters on the outside and if u do not have a solid person at another company to give you a strong reference you will not be hired due to Intels cr-ppy reputation. The more years you have been at Intel the harder it will be to get into another strong tech company. You will probably need to change industries.
