Considering they demoted the majority of sr managers last February... Which su-ks bc my manager was AMAZING! New manager/director is cool but he has no clue wtf we do on a daily basis and has no personal relationship with any of us.
I've never gotten below a 4% raise so hoping for a 6% this year at least.

@dq that is why Dell changed the comp plan with sales.
If anything they'll make raises 1% or less to offset the 126% bonus.
If we are lucky, we will get a maximum of 4%. Dell is one of those companies that insists that you are grateful every moment to be working for them even though they are lowballing you.
3% if you do well for your team, otherwise 1-2% is my guess. Theres no way these cheap a**es that hate their employees will do more than that, especially with the bonus being 126%
