@dq - yes you will have all the benefits mostly during the WARN period except you don’t work.
Make sure not to close your 401k account, next year March Citi 401k prorated contributions will be deposited in your account
Are you still an employee during the WARN period? Do you still have insurance?
I was laid off in March 2024 end of second week so I got non-working pay until end of June and severance. In NJ WARN period is for 90 days

Looks like layoffs will be every few days until March 14th
Does this mean upcoming layoffs won’t pay out the WARN period?
