@dp Yes, I've seen the prior packages and known a few that got caught in previous rounds in the US. It seems like packages keep getting smaller and smaller. Looks like it's best to leave on your own terms with a new position lined up
@av have you seen the details of the previous packages referenced anywhere for comparison just to get an idea?
I was told it's not as good as previous packages and it's not worth waiting for. No details. You're right about the confidentiality.
I think people are signing confidentiality so they might not say what the packages are
I’m very interested to see if the severance package they’re offering US employees is as generous as what they offered the AldiDX team.
