@d6 he is a dou--e for sure. zero effective contribution. Robert, don’t bring up the made up 99.999% up rate (it’s possible we achieved it for a day or a week).
one of my managers asked that guy in 2022 what was his vision during an on site meeting, The s-b told us all without shame that he had none and that his only job was to broker communications between his directs. I remember my manager saying later "cr-p, a leader without vision we are sc--wed" The next 3 years were leadership failure after leadership failure all coming from his desk, and then he turned on employees and blamed them for all his many failures. Not about the money not the message.

Five9 is a tier 5 company in boomer industry with sh---y product and incompetent employees. How we even theoretically can lure legit leaders to work here?
@dp if it is peanuts then he can leave and take his peanuts with him to make a jar of peanut butter. He is overhyped and I agree exec at FAANG get paid more than him because they are agile and more productive and bring real changes than him. He is just an old Cisco guy with nothing innovative to do at Five9 other than following his Cisco playbook.
