Want to save money follow altice operating procedures gut, cut, cut, gut, cut , shut down depots and customer service then cut some more then layoff, then offer packages, cut some more, then change all of field service shifts to weekend shifts with no service calls on Wednesdays And don't hire after everyone let go and blame the pandemic while business is booming. It makes sense business wise. Make everyone in field service thurs to Monday in house and contract the work out Tuesday and Wednesday. Full staff on the weekends for when most people are home and accommodate the customer. It might not work if you have a family but it’s doubtful they really care.

So a bulk of the guys means almost everyone. Just a terrible company. Give it some time and I'm sure most of you can find something better than this awful company. Most of you people are better than this company and can do much more for yourself and your family. Keep your heads up.

this isn't 100% true. They are cutting back on existing shifts in my depot but creating a new one (Thursday-Monday) that will have a bulk of the techs. There is still a Sun-Thurs and Tues-Sat shift
Where did you hear about these shift changes? I am a field tech in former Cablevision footprint and didn’t hear a word about this today.

Funny how altice says they want you to spend time with your family then they make guys work thurs- monday..basically ripping family time from you and your weekend. Is there a method to their heartlessness?
