Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

#FISVproud?

Is anyone truly proud to represent this company anymore? Aside from a few soulless cheerleaders, the majority of hard working and dedicated associates are burnt out and disgusted by the complete lack of leadership and direction. The latest round of cuts impacted many with incredible amounts of industry and product expertise with no time for a proper knowledge transfer.

Here’s a little thought experiment. Take a look at the Fiserv Values … do you feel they are being regularly modeled by leadership? Are you recognized and rewarded for living them?

Consider that as you plan for your future…

Same issue, less of it. 43,000 delighted to be on the industry leading team. The others don’t want to be work together with their colleagues but rather work from their coaches. Economic headwinds are real and Fiserv took responsible action to get ahead of it. That is what a public company with shareholders is supposed to do.

I would say #FISVSHAME.
I am ashamed at how they're treated and continue to treat their brightest and best employees
I am ashamed at how they're treating their clients
I am ashamed at how the culture has turned toxic and the working environment hostile
I am ashamed at how leadership is clueless of what's causing clients to be angry
I am ashamed at how great work achieved by Fiserv employees over the past 40 years is wasted away in a few months by egomaniac
I have left Fiserv months ago and I am glad I did. I wish all of my friends and colleagues who are left behind to find their way out this he-l ho-e

I've turned every Fiserv wearable I received for the last 15 years into anti-fiserv advertising.

People are embarrassed, not proud. We feel awful for our client and yet can do nothing to help them. It is a miserable existence to wonder what day the ax comes for you.

I'm not sure how anyone could be.

I left when I no longer felt proud to work there (1.5 years ago).
