H1-B, OPT, L, F, O, etc visa scam. Interesting to know that the hiring consulting companies doesn't report to US gov't that the contract has ended and another one is not available for the H1B to start another contracting job right away. They keep paying the H1B worker (who has to pay the money back eventually) after starting contract with company B. What a scam! And all companies hiring or contracting H1B and other visa's know all about this.

@vr I work for Intel. There are good H1B and bad H1B. Intel is not in the poor shape it is because of H1B. Has to do with the entitled other non-H1Bs so fix that firsts
40% of US citizens are unemployable for any skilled job. I just pulled that number from thin air, but it is true! You know it is. For the first time the current generation of Americans is d-mber than the previous generation, which actually isnt even saying alot. It is sad, but true.

Go look at your competitors. Nvidia hiring even higher % H1B than Intel over the years. So maybe at Intel it is something else maybe look in the mirror.
Nvidia last year 1600 H1B / 21000 US is 8% much higher percentage than INTEL.
@tx 851 h1bs hired in 2025 when Intel was firing everyone. It peaked in 2022 when they hired over 4000 h1bs that year. Over 30000 total. These are all engineering roles, not managerial or other power point roles. Obviously if you are Indian or a manager you think this is great. Everyone else who has to work for a living knows it is a SCAM and your lame attempt at gaslighting isn't fooling anyone.

Total Active Petitions: When including "continuing employment" (renewals and extensions), For FY 2025, Intel had approximately 2,794 total H-1B approvals (initial + continuing).
About 7% of the US workforce is in the H1B process. Not 30%.
@t3 nearly 30percent of engineering is H1B followed by another 30-40 percent that were given citizenship through working at Intel. It is absolutely an a pipeline defrauding us citizens

@pd I'm not complaining. I've always known H1Bs were a scam and course corrected long ago. I also know it takes an act of congress to get rid of the H1B program and most NPCs have their goldfish brains so thoroughly brainwashed that it will not happen anytime soon. An EO by the POTUS is the best stop gap measure we can hope for before Americans wise up and kick all the traitors out.

OP, DJTs buddy EM told him that he can work H1Bs 100 hours a week at a fraction of the compensation American workers expect and they won't complain a bit. They will even bring their family and friends... The Government is looking into it but not very hard. The $100k fees are a deal to the tech companies who are making huge profits while paying low taxes.
