Thread regarding Ford layoffs

LL5, LL6, Supervision ever....

LL5, LL6, Supervision ever be tracked, replaced, fired...

Why are they not tracked on time spent onsite, offsite, no available...???

LL5, LL6 and especially supervisors are hardly on site and come and go at will...

Everyone is tracked. LL’s work more than you know. 12+ hour days every week.

LOL @ak I’d say 25% were not bad. Maybe 10% were good. But 75% should go. An easy predictor of a bad supervisor is if the groups race mix shifted dramatically after a new supervisor was installed. Like if there was a mixture of yellow, brown, black, white, pink before a brown supervisor was installed and a year later the group is 100% brown. That supervisor definitely should go as he/she is 💯 padding the group with friends and family.

Usually 90% of supervisors were not bad at Ford. It starts with LL5 to LL4 where Ford board of directors need to trim the waste. Many of them are opportunity promoters based on lay offs and blackmails. I know what I say . It is 100% truth for 90% of them.
