Can someone please explain why it takes half a year to fill a job here? I don't understand the delay.

Not many jobs on the CC website anyway.
Former employee here. I left for a new position two and a half years ago. Each month I have at least two recruiters from various staffing agencies reach out about a role within Crown Castle. They can’t find anyone.

Crown only hires the best and brightest. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right person for a position.
If you haven't figured it out yet, nothing works at Crown. Dysfunction and incompetence rule.
Because the jobs dont exist. It's just for show.
