@jm There are still a lot of business analysts, administrative assistants, project analysts and BA liaisons as well.
@hh we are so hot in terms of layoff right now. The hottest.
@hh Clean the swamp!
There are still a lot of developers, cloud engineers, DBAs, System Admins, ETL Admins, data scientists, etc.
So many more. Going to be huge!!!
@dj who is left in tech globally?
@f1 look around you. A lot of fat still left.
How many more can they cut and still be viable?
The tech teams who were recently tasked with training their replacements had their last day. I absolutely expect another team to be announced here soon, but it could be closer to the Q1 results call as they often align with that. The cycle for tech at least seems to be pick a team to train overseas workers and wait for that training period to end before the next set of victims is chosen, and it has usually been near quarterly results calls. This will go on til only managers remain. The managers will be managing the overseas people, not T Rowe Associates.
Yeah more cuts to the Tech team
Pressure from GS??
Why now?
