I am currently interviewing for roles in Coral Springs but reading the comments and post here that BH are coming in 3 days a week [true hybrid] but i'm being told i need to come in 5 days a week...why aren't other sites adopting 3 days a week? are all other sites 5 days or is it just Coral Springs?

Coral is the worst site with minimum investment and maintenance. It appears to not be a go forward site
You are allowed to work from home on Sundays.
@dj There is no hour requirement anymore. My manager stated we should continue to do a FULL days work which isn't 6 or 6.5 hours. We also went through the policy line by line because there were many questions. We are grateful for the flexibility and a good manager that cares. There are some good managers at Fiserv.
BH is an exception due to spacing issues. All other locations are 5 days. 9 hours instead of 8 if you're a certain grade.
run. i quit recently and my new company is just night and day by comparison. The last 3 years i did at Fiserv were by far the worst i’ve ever had to endure
@OP You must be another dummy to join the company. If you are interviewing, ask the hiring manager or recruiter. They know the answer. I wouldn't trust any of these nincompoops to get it right.
The reduced in office days in BH is temporary. 18 months was what was stated, but the garage construction has yet to start, so who knows how long. After all the flooding i would not be surprised to learn the plan is to move to a new location altogether so people aren't constantly WFH.

If you are making a career decision, that includes relocating, based upon your need to stay in you pajamas two days a week, you can't be helped.
All offices are 5 days a week, except Berkeley Heights because they finally realized they didn't have enough parking for the people in the building. While they build the parking deck, we'll be 3 days in office.
