Got excellent ratings and was promoted to Staff not too long ago. They escorted me out right away. Did not even get a chance to copy my personal docs from my machine. Super bummed.

Never understood this from my time at QCOM. You have a bunch of engineers making good money that are too cheap to buy their own laptops.
So many of my ex-colleagues used the work laptop as their personal machines.
Can you let us know why? Anyone have any idea?
