@16s don't want to see anyone lose their livelihood, but we have way too many ADs, and Directors. Most days it feels like Office Space. B2B especially, and everyone is scared so they are running the teams into the ground to try to prove their worth. It's kind of funny because the algorithm is already made, and there is nothing anyone on the lists can do about it.
@16s actual employees or do contractors count?
If you're an AD with under 5/6 employees (most of VZ) you're part of this consolidation.
Goal is to have 12-18 employees per AD in every organization.

@bn no body knows. It could only impact international employees. It could impact band 6 and above, it could impact US employees. I’ve heard it all and I can only hope it’s me at this point so I can reset and enjoy more time with family
