I wish I knew if MD knew half the cr-p that goes on inside his company. Obviously, he would know about the remodel, but looks pretty sh---y that you fire how many people last week and then announce a 2 million remodel to HQ in Texas. WHAT A JOKE.
Half of the things going on with his underlings, does nothing to improve the customer experience, COSTS more $ than it makes, and all it does is agitate the staff doing so. The company is being destroyed from the inside out.
And then like most companies we have annual Ethics training. Which is great, BUT the issue that we have director level using Russian based, NON authorized software and forces his reports to use it to communicate instead of the company standards.
