I recently left the “Security Team”. Couldn’t be happier back at the old stomping ground. My “Manager” had the intelligence of a bag of squirrels.

Everyday I wonder how this company survives as the poor Management/ communication in every department is just mind blowing!!

Bad management causes layoffs more than tariffs by making poor decisions that destabilize finances, while tariffs are external and manageable with good strategy.

“ Just shut up and eat the tariffs!”

Please educate yourself.

Many people have been wrongfully fired before. I don’t think a few screenshots are going to change anything. Just leave.

@df+1jtsmkeg0. Apologies, missed the bit were you directed to op and stated probably hr.

Agree with your sentiments , unfortunately we are numbers on a spreadsheet and that's all.
No real effort put into well-being or mental health of those employees left.they talk the talk but don't walk the walk!!!

Oh, HR playing keyboard warrior? That’s a bold move, but not a smart one. Threatening folks online with severance cuts and PIPs could land you in hot water—think wrongful termination lawsuits, harassment claims, or a PR nightmare. The internet’s forever, and courts love screenshots.

Power trip? Not at all. You’d be lucky if I even offer you a 2 week severance. Let’s hope you don’t get PIP out… that would be so unfortunate.

Best cost reduction for me was leaving this garbage heap of a company lmao!

Threaten me with your petty power trip all you want, but your little ‘list’ won’t hide the fact that you’re a spineless cog propping up a broken system. Keep bullying to feel big—it’s all you’ve got when everyone sees HR for the soulless machine it is

Keep taking shots at HR, and I’ll make sure your name is on the list when the next round of cost reductions…

Know your place.

@dg+1jtsmkeg0 post was directed to the HR department most probably the original poster…

Quit acting like you’re above it all. This is about real people, real families, struggling to survive. Workers grind to put food on the table and deserve respect, not your smug attitude.

To the OP, probably an hr employee…

Be grateful you’re still clinging to your pathetic little job, where you’re just a disposable pawn to the big shots who’d toss you out like trash without blinking.
