RACAs incompetence is showing

From failing to provide the responses provided in a clear and accurate manner to now having teams have to form their own response teams just to do the work the RACA team is incapable of doing. Anzea needs to go find opportunities elsewhere and she can take the majority of the team with her.

@1dpc Yes, gone after bonus payout. Good riddance but the ongoing level of incompetence in that area continues. It's no wonder the regulators think TD is full of incompetence since that is what they see and Glazer can stack his org with all the JPMC people he wants and it won't matter because none of them seem to be able to get anything done aside from holding meetings so they can plan more meetings.

Anzea is a bully with a selective memory. It is all about her and acts like a child. Sophia brought her from chase
She is not technically talented but will be protected by Sophia for sure. I am sure Vlad can see eventually
She hires her friends and same with the promotions
If Vlad is smart enough to fire her is the best solution and she can take her minions with her

The DEI hires are ki-ling this bank. This team has very few stellar performers and it shows. This team is where careers go to die. It's sad to watch the team falter so often and fail to communicate effectively with the regulators who must think we are all incompetent.
