This site is full of misinformation and lies about Transformco and it's holdings. This site has a few posts slamming the company. Then anytime that someone posts something positive the posters get uppity and pretend that they're having a serious discussion. Anytime that anyone posts anything remotely positive they're accused of being the cheerleader. Did it ever occur to these negative people that other people besides the cheerleader might have something positive to say? Don't pretend this site offers anything more that people's opinion about Kmart and Sears. The self righteous people who have a vendetta against this company are disgusting! They can spew out negativity upon negativity, but the moment that anyone says anything positive, they pounce. No wonder their lives are spent writing negative things about a retailer with less than 100 stores. Who does that? Who spends their time writing negative things about a retailer they don't like, don't work for, and don't care about? There's some major issues going on there.

When the reality in the stores does not meet the cheerleading of the few, who would you believe. Anyone can say positive things about the company, but when the reality of the stores, employees and customers does not match the cheerleading then you have to question the B.S. coming from corporate.
Or to put it another way– "Don't pee on my head and tell me its raining"
Ever think that this site is full of people who sears screwed over and did not pay? They are currently hundreds, IF NOT thousands of vendors who tried to help the company turn around that have not been paid since 2019; and no one from corporate will return any phone calls or emails on the topic. When a company starts having employees lie to partners; and those employees willingly do so to keep their job - that is not a company worth saying anything positive about. It's simple - pay your partners, live by some kind of moral code; and good things will happen.
Then there are those of us that actually work for the company, hoping for tidbits of actual intel since the three stooges have been silent for a very long time.

A layoff should be treated with sympathy, not positivity or negativity. You make it sound like a layoff is something to celebrate, because it saves the company. Delusional. The decades of layoffs has yet to steer what is left of the company into a positive direction.
This website is discussions about layoffs. How in the world is that positive in any way?
