Merit Increases

What did merit increases look like for everyone this year? Seems like they’re cutting costs everywhere they can.

AA is on that chair with the pointed needle rn. He’s basically a non-factor in his new role. Like, zero value-add.
Word on the street is he's already super checked out. So, either he's gonna peace out on his own, or DG's gonna, restructure him out of existence in six months.

I got a modest raise in line with currently reported inflation and 100% AIP and I'm happy with that considering current economic conditions

Oh, so AR thought they could land a network engineer job at Milwaukee Tools and SM believed they were qualified for something at Kohls. But surprise, surprise—they both got rejected because AA wasn’t in charge there.

Well, now, @kg+1jpq8c4yq, I'm just not seeing SG making it three months. My guess is AR and SM are done right after.
PH, maybe within the year.
And Bug Eyes? He won't last ‘til the new year. Doesn't have any pull any more, and he's just kinda… there. He'll be washed up by then.

We have a hiring ceremony, where our hiring managers take nearly 3 months to find the 'perfect fit'. So, how is it that the emps turn out to be the bottom feeders during merit increase season? Before complaining about low performance, maybe it's time to consider letting go of the hiring team instead!

Over under SG makes it 3 months? Guy is completely a fraud, KS I’m hearing is going to be cleaning house. It’s going to be a wild summer for us in ICS, hopefully moral will increase.

Not a surprise this forum is populated by a bunch of bottom feeding CNs. You’re lucky you still have a job. Why in the world the company would give you 40% of your bonus is beyond me. Spending money to support our lowest performers, as always.

Consistency Needed rating, no raise, 40 percent AIP.

Will they at least settle claims for policyholders or just going to give out cr--ker jacks to the beneficiaries ???

I was surprised there were increases, they could cut salaries by 20% and nobody would quit since the white collar job market is so horrific

They gave me a box of cr--ker jacks and thanked me for all my hard work.
