I know upper management could care less but board really should give this site more than a passing glance.
Some of its good, some bad, some fear mongering, some outright wrong and some outright true. I guess the challenge would be how would you know for sure that the posters were employees or not.

Someone on this Site said that the only way Citi will change is NOT for or because of the VOE results, but when employees voluntarily Quit and leave Citi because the employees will No longer be working for Destitute, Cheap and Dysfunctional Citi. LOL ! So true ! Citi wants employees to Change FOR and Agree With Citi and Citi's Policies, NOT the other way around. So why stay ??? Board only cares about profits not employees emotions
If they were interested in what the employees really think, VOE would be anonymous. Not that I don’t trust the harassment and retaliation policies application.

It is not a troll site, there are legitimate concerns being raised here. Unfortunately, the board cares about the shareholders and their own stock bonuses, rather than the employees...
If they want a true pulse of employee sentiment and viewpoints, they really should.
They should ask themselves what has happened to have employees be so negative? Is it possible that even 10% of what’s related here, true? and if so, how did we get here?
