Credit stealers and managers pets

How does one deal with managers pets who are super annoying????

Maybe I'm new to the corporate culture but this individual has been annoyingly pushing themselves into everything just to show off and have their "fingerprint" on everything.

And since I'm not in same location as my snake of a manager, all of my work is being showed by this annoying credit stealer.

You can at this point guess our BU.

This is a reoccurring theme throughout the history of this company, and other organizations of course. It certainly has extremely worse and I could go on and on about specific instances, but my advice is to Just keep your head down, do the bare minimum, su-k the place dry for every transferable educational opportunity you can [invest in you] and mostly focus on growing that 401k, trust me in your later years none of this B.S will matter.

Your primary goal, similar to Fido's is your fiscal bottom line = grow your retirement nest egg, and do not bother trying to make Fido a better place, there is no cure for the cancer that exists there.

@de our team is diversified enough

But I have also noticed only the individuals from a nation currently in war with Ukraine particularly annoying.

In every role / job I had, including at fido these individual lack empathy and are just focused on their own agenda.

With the risk of being accused as racist, does unethical behaviors like this relates to the ethnic origin of the team? My diversified team doesn't tolerate this kind of behavior.

In my experience only the sc-m masters have the tendency to be nosey and be annoying.

If this individual is that, good luck to you!

Not your fault,

Managers create these competitions so you despise your teammates.

They create this environment so that new associates will want to "compete"

I'd remain silent and let others in the team figure out the same behavior.

Try watching some content on stoicism, it'll help you stay calm and professionally handle it.
