Sounds bit racially driven and targeted. I know it must hurt when someone who doesn’t look like you is smarter than you. Can’t wait till BTC runs the campus

We wouldn’t want to promote those who have been working in UNCON for years. Those who lived in the basin when the cost of living adjustment was cut to zero during COVID. Those who built what we have today. No no anything but that. Bring in some hipos and cycle them through the good roles. Let them take credit for all the work done by those who came before, let them work from Houston and visit the field for photo shoots only. Let them take the plane to the field and work a half day so they can make it back to Houston in time for dinner.
