“ This isn't about going to the office, I did that regularly during covid. This is about not being in a position to relocate.”
Then don’t relocate. No one is forcing you to pick up and move. Be an adult and act like an adult. Make a choice and live with that choice without blaming someone else.
Do we have any leaders in Dallas with accents originating in the UK? That might explain their use of the word "ain't" and whingeing. It does not explain the other typos and the disdain for well placed commas. However, it's not uncommon for people moving to Dallas to experience a noticeable drop in IQ and wardrobe sense in an attempt to assimilate.
It is more likely the OP was gifted some weird old English word of the day calendar at one point in their life, and was looking for the perfect opportunity to use it on this board. Well done OP!

Whinge retains that original sense today, though nowadays it puts less emphasis on the sound of the complaining and more on the discontentment behind the complaint.
WHINING...GET IT? You really blew it!
I am not whingeing
I just don't wanna move to Dallas
whingeing is a word, it means complaining except it is now more associated with the act behind the whining. Please if you are going to call someone a mo--n at least dont look silly doing it.
With that being said that message feels like it is comping from Stankey or one of his other henchmen. Get mad about the people who need to be in the office and wont go but why punish those who were asked years ago (10+) to work from home and those who are nowhere near a hub? I know the answer you want people to quit rather than have to register a large layoff.
In the end this move will hurt the company more than it will help, I know many many slackers I and many others thought should have been fired years ago and get passed from manager who does not want to another manager who does not want them because it is to hard to fire people who deserve it. All of the people I have worked with over the last decade plus who are worthless are in the hub locations while many of the top performers are hundreds of miles from the closest hub. Enjoy your slackers when the majority of the people who have worked hard to help the company leave...
AT&T is getting what they deserve with this RTO/Relo initiative - They are being inclusive by not requiring keyboard and spelling skills beyond a 1st grade level and reinforcing mediocrity as a virtue. #nodisrepect2firstgraders. They are lucky you've got their back!
Okay. Do you feel better now that you have that off your chest?
What's "whingeing" there Einstein?
I can’t wait to meet all my new friends in Dallas. I been Day dreaming about the ping pong table at HQ. Oh, the fun we are going to have turning back the office culture like it’s 1999. Tournaments and happy hours and ERG events.
Take the offer people! Join us in TX and own the mission to connect the world with possibility. R-T-O, R-T-O, R-T-O!!!
keep drinking that kool-aid.. you will be the next one whining. (Whining not whingeing genius.)
It’s definitely time to get back to work! #AtlantaBound #DallasBound
This isn't about going to the office, I did that regularly during covid. This is about not being in a position to relocate.
