Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Aussie aussie HR! Boo boo boo

Rejecting flex work requests based on medical reasons, not following local laws, spying on staff so they don’t leave early. Making those experiencing personal loss more traumatised.

I lost my father and they immediately send me a letter asking me to relocate to the office else I’ll lose my job…. It’s like they were waiting for his death and said now I can come when I have no one to look after. I live out of town and have been that way for Years!!

What fascinates me is that no one has managed to file a public case against Fiserv. Sorry for your loss. But someone needs to lodge a complaint because things here don’t go far

@dd+1jhmswmrh Not a rumour bro its true. Heard during manager meeting today. Nz hr is leaving in feb and already aus hr has taken over. Now no one will fight our battles. Bye bye amazing Aoeteroa culture. More will leave now

Cant blame them when their boss in singapore is atrocious. In an environment when everyone fears for their jobs it makes sense they do anything to stay even of it means doing awful stuff.

Anyway rumour has it that with nz hr leaving soon the aus team are delighted as they will be taking over nz which is what she wanted. Bring back nz hr she was great!!!!!

@a1+1jhmswmrh US is not more human. That's why we get things like Mangione. I am for some reason really doubting with the oligarchy and worker abuse that it is the last thing we see that like in the near future. I hope nothing like that happens at Fiserv.

Senior leader from Sydney office - our voice survey had negative comments towards our local HR. They are incompetent.

Sorry to hear this. RTO isn’t new but timing isn’t great for you

Wow sorry to hear that. I like to think that hr in the US is more human. You can raise a case against them for mental trauma.
