To those that were rebadged as Infinite employees, are you all on a contract basis now or not? Were you able to keep your same salary from Fiserv over? Are the benefits similar, or better/worse? How do promotions work with a 3rd party vendor or is your career progression over once you get rebadged?

@dd Sapience is mandatory for Contract Workers. Infinite resources are Contract Workers.

When I look for jobs a post can be out for less than 2 hours and it already has over 100 applicants. Its not easy. Everyone needs to do whats best for them no harm in anyone staying at a job that pays their bills. AI is accelerating how work gets done, signaling both the current shift and what’s ahead. We should be supporting our coworkers not criticizing what they are doing to support themselves. So kudos to them who decided staying right now was best fo them.
@fb the job market is bad and only gonna get worse. We have a job health insurance and it pays the bills, why would we leave right now? If we woke up and left like you said how much do you think health insurance cost out of our pocket. Jobs i see posted out there right now salary is much less. Do you think anywhere we go as a new employee is going to give us so much more vacation because we had more at Fiserv. We do our jobs and go home to our families and be thankful we still have jobs, health insurance and a paycheck we know is coming steadily. If something comes along people will move on but telling us to wake up and leave, what is wrong with you?

If they cut 8 days vacation then you’re making less. Add that to no 401k and you’re also making less. Wake up and leave.
Infinite is a job in the same way Fiserv is a job. Neither are careers. Infinite pay is higher but no 401k. Medical benefits are same garbage as Fiserv. Ive said it before and ill say i5 again. Go get a job with a real technology company. Ppl are so afraid to leave Fiserv for some reason its laughable. Only reason to remain Fiserv is if youre manager or above because you dont do any work and as long as you have a beating heart you collect a paycheck. Only prerequisite for VP and above is to have an IQ below 50 and weigh in excess of 300 lbs
I can’t believe they have Infinite employees working onsite at a Fiserv office. I would have thought they would rebadge just remote employees.
@db so wait Infinite institutes Sapience despite Fiserv discontinuing its use? Wild. They really do want people to just quit after being rebadged.
Forgot to mention, there was no severance, no 401k match, no stock buy discount, Sapience monitor is back even though we are in Fiserv office, it’s not a great deal for anyone that got transitioned.
@OP I won’t say contract basis for my group but they can let u go at anytime for any reason , also if Fiserv sells the division we support I would imagine we are out of a job unless new company wants us, Benefits are not as good , lost 8 days vacation PTO , salary stayed the same
