@es I think sapience removal news was just a ploy to find abusers who were simpling idling time to complete 9 hours in office .after the news of sapience removal was out the abusers we’re back at it.
I heard Mike Lyons got rid of that practice.

I don’t think the 9 hours are mandated but people who abuse the policy by only coming in 6 to 7 hours a day will still be flagged. As long as you don’t leave everyday at 6th or 7th hour and do some 9 hours days too then you’ll be fine.
@OP I've been wondering th9s myself. From my understanding, managers no longer receive badge reports but that doesn't mean they're not watching
You are expected to be in the office 18 hours per day since you act as if they are braindead.
It is being left ambiguous (on purpose) - I think it is at least majority of your day but perhaps up to your manager????
